First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out —
Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out —
Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out —
Because I was not a Jew.

White supremacists are killing citizens in Charlottesville. Uniformed Nazis are marching outside synagogues in Sweden.
British EDL rallies are gaining momentum. We don’t have to look far to see conservative regression.
#AndISpokeOut is a non-violent protest aimed at taking a stand against all of this. Against Hatred. We strive for an open, fair and inclusive society where legislators, governments and authorities are held responsible for their actions.
But we also share that responsibility. We must stand together and be on the right side of history, knowing that we too, spoke out.
